Every once in a while I come up with this revolutionary idea. This time involved taking the overnight flight to London.
Here's my logic. We takeoff at 10:05 PM from Toronto which is basically when we would normally go to bed anyway. We'll just sleep the entire flight and when we land at Gatwick at 10:05 AM local time (5:05 AM our time) we'll be well rested and ready to take on the day at full steam.
Perfect, rational, logical thinking right? Wrong. Oh so wrong.
As you may recall, I ran into this same dilemma when travelling to Japan.
Anyway, after 16 hours of travel we finally made it to our quaint little hotel, The Grange Rochester, met up with Rich, and now Jac and I need a nap before we go anywhere. Sorry Rich.
So much for my fool proof revolutionary plan.
